01 — The Short Version

Why a Loan Agent At All

In Raipur a loan agent is usually called a DSA, a direct selling agent. Banks rely on DSAs to bring them files that are complete and that fit their lending rules, which is why a well-prepared file through an agent often moves faster than one walked into a branch.

The real work happens before any lender sees the file: reconciling ITRs with bank statements and GST returns, spotting an old card still reporting a balance on your CIBIL, and choosing which three lenders to approach instead of applying everywhere and collecting hard enquiries.

We arrange the loan; the lender decides it. Sanction, rate and final terms always rest with the bank or NBFC, and we tell you plainly when a file is not ready rather than sending it out to be declined.

03 — How We Work

i

File Preparation

One checklist up front. ITR, banking, GST and CIBIL reconciled before submission, so the lender asks once, not five times.

ii

Rate Negotiation

With offers from more than one lender in hand, the spread you are quoted becomes negotiable. Most borrowers never ask.

Straight answers to what people in Raipur ask us most.

What is a DSA, and is it safe to apply through one?

A DSA (direct selling agent) is an agent a bank or NBFC works with to source loan applications. Applying through a DSA is safe as long as the money moves only between you and the lender: the loan is sanctioned and disbursed by the bank to you or the seller, never through the agent. Never pay cash to anyone to "fix" a sanction. No genuine agent can promise approval.

What does a loan agent charge in Raipur?

We charge you nothing. We do not charge for preparing your file, comparing lenders or following up on the sanction, and no genuine agent should ask you for an upfront fee before sanction. Lenders levy their own processing, legal and valuation charges, and we show you each of those in writing before you sign.

Which banks and NBFCs do you work with in Raipur?

More than twenty, including SBI, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda, Union Bank, Indian Bank, PNB, Kotak Mahindra, IDFC First, Yes Bank, AU Small Finance Bank, Bandhan Bank, LIC Housing Finance, PNB Housing, Tata Capital, Cholamandalam, HDB Financial Services and IIFL. Which ones we approach depends on your profile, not on a fixed list.

How quickly can a loan be sanctioned?

It varies by lender and by loan. Salaried files with complete documents move fastest; loan against property and business loans take longer because of property valuation, title checks and business verification. Almost every delay comes from missing or inconsistent documents, which is why we fix the file first. The lender sets its own timeline, so we do not promise one.

Can you help if a bank has already rejected me?

Often, yes. A rejection usually has a specific cause: income that does not show in the bank statements, a CIBIL entry, the property's title, or simply the wrong lender for the profile. We find the cause first, correct what can be corrected, and only then approach a lender whose rules fit.

Do you arrange personal loans?

Yes. We compare personal loans across banks and NBFCs for salaried and self-employed applicants; see personal loans in Raipur. If you own property or already have a home loan, a loan against property or a home loan top-up is often cheaper, and we will tell you if that applies to you.

Is there a loan agent near me in Raipur?

Our office is at 505/506 Karsen Chamber, New Timber Market, Devendra Nagar, Raipur, open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00. We also have an office near CIMS Hospital, Gondpara, Bilaspur, and work with borrowers from Durg and Bhilai by phone, WhatsApp and video. Call +91 90396 27355 to fix a time.

Kaun sa loan mere liye sahi rahega?

Yeh aapki zaroorat par depend karta hai. For a house, a home loan; for cash against a property you own, a loan against property; for stock, machinery or working capital, a business loan or, for a micro business, a Mudra loan; for studies, an education loan; for a short personal need, a personal loan. Tell us the purpose and amount and we will explain the options. Final sanction, rate and terms are decided by the lender.

One file, several lenders.

Tell us the amount and the purpose. We will tell you which lenders fit, what they will ask for, and roughly what to expect, before anyone pulls your credit report.
